- I further agree that any lawsuit or claim against KS arising from or related to this application must be brought exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii or in the state courts of the State of Hawaii. I hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. I further agree that any federal claims arising from or related to this application shall be governed exclusively by the federal law applied by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, and any state law claims shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without reference to its conflict of law rules.
